Tarrytown, New York—formerly known as Halstead at Tarrytown. Our mission: to create a brand that resonated with the real life stages of its audience, especially young families looking for a grounded yet aspirational place to call home.

We began with deep-dive stakeholder interviews to align with Aker’s vision, understand the priorities behind the investment, and uncover the full potential of the site. From there, we turned our lens to the competition—mapping out a landscape full of lookalikes and suburban multifamily tropes. That’s where Everbend began to take root.

The name Everbend speaks to life’s winding journey—a narrative that matches the woodsy, tucked-away setting of Tarrytown while honoring the town’s rich cultural fabric. This wasn’t just about a new name. It was about creating a sense of place. We crafted a visual identity and messaging system that felt warm, confident, and quietly refined. One that mirrored the natural surroundings and architectural textures, while offering residents a canvas for connection, memory-making, and the rhythms of everyday life.

The result is a brand that feels both familiar and fresh—a modern Westchester home grounded in character, calm, and community.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
