We're a research, brand, and design agency that helps placemakers create spaces that people love.

Our mission is to make sameness extinct in real estate, which means that everything we do comes with new ideas and unique angles — all, grounded in a deep understanding of culture and consumers.

MEET THE TEAM

OUR TEAM

We built our careers in brand, design, marketing, and spatial products. We joined forces to start No Walls Studio. The perfect combo of creativity and business savvy.

We partner with INNOVATORS to help them create and brand spaces that consumers love. After all, our spaces—homes, HOTELS, offices, RETAIL STORES and hangouts—are the most important, valuable and regularly used products in our lives.

The NWS approach is to apply the best thinking in consumer product development and brand design to the built world. Our human-centered strategy helps our partners make decisions based on what real current and prospective customers want. We read customers and local culture to create lasting value for your communities.

FOUNDER + STRATEGY

Jake Rynar

Jake has a background in brand, integrated marketing, design and high-growth industries. His work spans Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, and a number of cutting edge multifamily and hospitality concepts. Prior to NWS, he was the CMO of Livly, a resident engagement platform, and has previously worked at WeWork, Microsoft, PayPal and Kantar. He holds a Masters in Design Methods from the Institute of Design, an MBA from the University of Texas, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Andrew Johnson

Andrew has over a decade of senior creative leadership, specifically in multi-family, and branded mixed use projects involving office, short stay, food and beverage, and heavy community activation. He was recently the Head of Design for Livly, and was the former Head of Design at CEDARst and FLATS. He holds a BA from Bates College.
